My First Ever Cupcakes

End of January haritu birthday Wanur, and we plan to meet up to have some chit chat, sbb da lame xjumpe.Last jumpe pon mase grad aritu. So, alang2 tu, taktau nak bg Wanur present ape, I'm thinking of giving her some cupcakes. Buy all the ingredients and mula la operasi the night before we meet up.

Ahh..yg ni namenye resepi terselit. My sister sibuk nak try cuppies version die... Vanilla flavour campur dgn Oreo cookies. Not bad jgk la rase die...ala, rase oreo jgk le.

Tarraaa!!! Ni la hasilnye. Idea tak berapa nak gempak sgt la. Sebab da mengantuk time tu.. Bertemankan my sister we finished up decorating at 12.00 am...Huwarghhh.Pikir nak tidur jer time tu. But, not bad la result die. Hahaha.( Again, puji diri sendiri)

Ade extra cupcakes. Then, I made for Ita n Din as well. Ni mmg da carca marba namanya. I made 'DIN' and my sister made 'ITA'. My sister dah comotkan warna pink tu. Huhu..

My first ever cupcakes. Walaupun ade la kata2 nasihat dari pakar. Hahaha. Nak buat ni pun kena ade mood jugak la. Kalau tak, mmg idea takkan keluar. Ni salah satu kes takde idea la ni.

Long Time No See

I have not seen my bestie for the last 4 years. Last time seeing her when she was preparing herself to further her study at Nagoya, Japan. We were only catching up at facebook and yahoo messenger. I knew she was on dating with her friend who also studying at Japan, but at different place, Toyama.

Last Hari Raya Aidilfitri I received good news from her where she told me that she got engaged. How suprised I am that time. Huhu.She only when back to Malaysia for a week to settle down and I dont get a chance to meet her. Then, last December I had a chat with her, and asked her when she will tie the knot. She told me as soon as she finished her study somewhere in March 2011. Wooaaha!! Suprised again. Hehe. Am so excited!!

Last night we had a chat and she asked for my address so that she can post her wedding card. Woohaa!!! Congratulation Jannah!!! So happy for you. I asked her why she made the decision to get married as soon as they finished their study, then this is the story behind it.....

She want to build her career in Japan!!! Waa..so proud of you bestie, so..it would be better if she have a guardian while she were at the other country right? No wonder she had told me last year that she went to a career fair at Tokyo. Rupenye ade hidden agenda.Haha. She has been employed by one of the company in Japan. Proud of you, belum habis study da dapat kerja. Same goes to her fiancee.

Jannah will get married in the middle of March. I am so excited. Weee!!! Hope to see you soon at your wedding day dear! Pray for your happiness dear.

A Desert Without A Name

I love to cook. But, cooking itself need the mode. Or else you wouldn't ending up with a food..???
So far, I enjoy making a desert which I didn't know how to call it.

I were introduced by this desert from my friend at school (when I'm being a teacher). The desert has 3 layers. The 1st is the swiss roll cake where u can pick your favourite flavour. I have tried chocolate and pandan, and I prefered the pandan flavour as the base. Next layer is the pudding with your fav flavour also. Lastly a jelly with any fruit on top of it. I have not try any fruit except grapes. Might change to other fruits next time wether it is suitable or not. Have to cold it first in the fridge so that you will enjoy the desert perfectly.

For me, having the grapes complete the taste of the desert as you put it in your mouth. The flavour balance together.

I am a bit frustrated because I cant upload the photo. My bluetooth devices on my lappy doesnt function at all. So, I cannot transfer the picture.

I will try to upload the picture next time.

Serius. Kalau la dapat duduk dalam rumah-rumah macam dekat bawah ni, konfem tak akan keluar rumah dah. HEAVEN!
