Jannah & Syafiq Wedding

Finally, yesterday my bestie Jannah got hitched!!! Congratulation dear. I am so happy for both of you despite the tragedy that happened in Japan right now. Glad that both of you went back to Malaysia 2 days before tsunami attack Japan. My condolence to all the people in Sendai, Japan.

Ok, back to the wedding story. We plan to come before both the bride and the bridegroom come, but due to many reasons, we only managed to come when they already went to the beautiful arches. While we walked to Jannah home, we can heared the 'alunan of the kompang' accompany both of them. I also didnt have a chance to snap their photo while they were on the dais. Busy eating. Hahaha.

Gorgoeus Jihan was the earliest to come. We only managed to have a chit chat for few minutes as she got other wedding to attend. But, we do have the group photo without the pengantin. Huhu

Sume da besar2. Last we were gathered like this is when we were in form 4 and had our bbq also at Jannah's house.



A few minutes later, Wan arrived. Our 'adik' in the class. We are 1 year OLDER than her. Hahaha. Tak rase tua pun..Hahaha


The boys sat far from us. Melantak tak ingat dorang ni. Kitorang dok tengok dari jauh siap passing2 pinggan lagi. Dalam tu kuih tak ingat punye banyak. The family gave tonnes of foods. Nasi minyak and nasi putih dgn lauk yg beraneka. Bubur pulut hitam, cendol, laksa, kuih muih.


Finished with our food, we were waiting for the brides to finished their food. Jannah and Syafiq memang makan kaw-kaw punye la.Lama gilak nak tunggu dorng abis makan. Tapi the boys tanak tunggu, snap few pictures with us and then make a move to the bride and congratulated them. Lepas tu dorang pun blah tanpa kitorang sedari. Cesss..


Finally, we managed to catch Jannah and Syafiq. Haha.

Jannah tanya, tanak ambik gambar kat dalam, takpe la. And then, they have to wait for me to see my matrix friend aka Jannah secondary friend, Yana. So, tangguhkan dulu niat nak balik. I went into the house with Yana because we want to snap phot with our '3 serangkai' friend. I pon memanggil la rakan sekutu yg dekat luar tu masuk ke dalam sekali.

Part ni tak boleh blah. Pengantin macam pisang goreng panas. Ramai sgt nak ambik gmbr dgn dorng. Mmg ramai betul la kawan Jannah and Syafiq ni. Lagi2, dorng buat majlis sekali. Bertambah2 la dengan kawan Syafiq sekali.

Kitorang dok tnggu la bile la turn kitorang. Dok paksa Yana yg baru sampai dan tak makan lg jangan pergi dulu sebab nak tolong amikkan gambar.Hehehe. Bile dah dapat peluang, dengan strategi yg dah diatur, kitorang pon menelinap masuk kat atas pelamin tu. haha. Ended up with these beautiful photos....

Make a successful career back in Japan although i know it would be difficult for both of you as you have already planned your life back in Japan. Resepi Aunty Martha

Suke Martha Stewart tak? Saya suka. Haha. Sebab die superwoman. Semua benda die boleh buat. Pernah la bercita-cita nak jadi macam die. Eh, tapi tanak la ikut part-part yg tak best (being in prison) tu...huhu..

So, untuk menjadi macam Martha Stewart, kena la belajar sikit-sikit dari Aunty ni. Belek-belek web die, makcik terjumpa la ini resepi. Resepi ini byk version da try, tapi satu pun tak memenuhi piawaian Chocolate Chip yg sebenarnya. Bace punya bace feedback dari fans die yg dah try resepi ni, semua ckp sedap la, ikut resepi ni confirm jadik la, the best choc chip i've ever made la, macam-macam la..

So, makcik dgn rase terujanya,, ambik la resepi die. The last time I made these cookies tak menjadi langsung. Mane tau kali ni jadi. Hikhikhik.

Ingat mlm lps google resepi ni nk buat la, tp kena postpone esoknye aka harini sbb vanilla esence habis pulak. Spoil2.

Dengan bersemangatnya, aku keluarkan la segala bahan2 yg diperlukan... tup tap tup tap, tengok, choc chip dpt secawan je,,resepi kate kene 2 cawan,ish,,, tak boleh jadi ni..ak pun cari alternatif lain..tgk dlm freezer, ade badam,argh..balun la.hiikhik..so, dah terpesong sikit dari ajaran Aunty Martha.

Campur punya campur semua bahan, gini la jadinye.....


Mula2 agak tak konfiden dgn tekstur die,,,tapi mak cakap cookies ni mmg mcm ni tekstur die. So, confident lagi. Haha.

Part ni yg fail ni, Aunty Martha kate kene letak 1 tablespoon, tp aku rase macam besar je. Tapi, confident lagik ikut resepi.. Ini la hasilnya kalau ikut ckp Aunty Martha...


Haha..amik kau. Legam terus.. Tapi kan, rase die serious sedap. Betul la resepi Aunty ni. Then, tekezut mak den tgk besar gedabak cookies ni. Hahaha. tapi mak kate,."eh,normal la ni lang,,ko x tgk kt dlm tv tu..budak2 US mkn cookies ni mmg yg besar2 kan..ala..yg dorng bwk pg school tiap2 pagi tu..bukan ke dorng pnye lebih besar dr tapak tgn dorng."

Ermm..logik gak tu...penah jgk tgk dorng pnye cookies besar2..so confident lg. tp next tray aku try buat yg cute2 pnye cookies. Macam ni,,,

Kak tong nak try utk tester hari raya kalau sedap. Nanti la kak tong. segan nak bg rase. Kena buat berkali2 so that boleh tau rentak cookies ni mcm mane, then baru blh kai test.hihi..

My First Ever Cupcakes

End of January haritu birthday Wanur, and we plan to meet up to have some chit chat, sbb da lame xjumpe.Last jumpe pon mase grad aritu. So, alang2 tu, taktau nak bg Wanur present ape, I'm thinking of giving her some cupcakes. Buy all the ingredients and mula la operasi the night before we meet up.

Ahh..yg ni namenye resepi terselit. My sister sibuk nak try cuppies version die... Vanilla flavour campur dgn Oreo cookies. Not bad jgk la rase die...ala, rase oreo jgk le.

Tarraaa!!! Ni la hasilnye. Idea tak berapa nak gempak sgt la. Sebab da mengantuk time tu.. Bertemankan my sister we finished up decorating at 12.00 am...Huwarghhh.Pikir nak tidur jer time tu. But, not bad la result die. Hahaha.( Again, puji diri sendiri)

Ade extra cupcakes. Then, I made for Ita n Din as well. Ni mmg da carca marba namanya. I made 'DIN' and my sister made 'ITA'. My sister dah comotkan warna pink tu. Huhu..

My first ever cupcakes. Walaupun ade la kata2 nasihat dari pakar. Hahaha. Nak buat ni pun kena ade mood jugak la. Kalau tak, mmg idea takkan keluar. Ni salah satu kes takde idea la ni.

Long Time No See

I have not seen my bestie for the last 4 years. Last time seeing her when she was preparing herself to further her study at Nagoya, Japan. We were only catching up at facebook and yahoo messenger. I knew she was on dating with her friend who also studying at Japan, but at different place, Toyama.

Last Hari Raya Aidilfitri I received good news from her where she told me that she got engaged. How suprised I am that time. Huhu.She only when back to Malaysia for a week to settle down and I dont get a chance to meet her. Then, last December I had a chat with her, and asked her when she will tie the knot. She told me as soon as she finished her study somewhere in March 2011. Wooaaha!! Suprised again. Hehe. Am so excited!!

Last night we had a chat and she asked for my address so that she can post her wedding card. Woohaa!!! Congratulation Jannah!!! So happy for you. I asked her why she made the decision to get married as soon as they finished their study, then this is the story behind it.....

She want to build her career in Japan!!! Waa..so proud of you bestie, so..it would be better if she have a guardian while she were at the other country right? No wonder she had told me last year that she went to a career fair at Tokyo. Rupenye ade hidden agenda.Haha. She has been employed by one of the company in Japan. Proud of you, belum habis study da dapat kerja. Same goes to her fiancee.

Jannah will get married in the middle of March. I am so excited. Weee!!! Hope to see you soon at your wedding day dear! Pray for your happiness dear.

A Desert Without A Name

I love to cook. But, cooking itself need the mode. Or else you wouldn't ending up with a food..???
So far, I enjoy making a desert which I didn't know how to call it.

I were introduced by this desert from my friend at school (when I'm being a teacher). The desert has 3 layers. The 1st is the swiss roll cake where u can pick your favourite flavour. I have tried chocolate and pandan, and I prefered the pandan flavour as the base. Next layer is the pudding with your fav flavour also. Lastly a jelly with any fruit on top of it. I have not try any fruit except grapes. Might change to other fruits next time wether it is suitable or not. Have to cold it first in the fridge so that you will enjoy the desert perfectly.

For me, having the grapes complete the taste of the desert as you put it in your mouth. The flavour balance together.

I am a bit frustrated because I cant upload the photo. My bluetooth devices on my lappy doesnt function at all. So, I cannot transfer the picture.

I will try to upload the picture next time.
